Créme fraîche and smoked salmon are classic caviar companions. Just add warm flatbread for a delicious addition to any meal.
INGREDIENTS
Flatbread (either homemade or bought in-store)
Créme Fraîche
Smoked Salmon
Fresh Dill
Lemon
DIRECTIONS
- Heat flatbread in oven or toaster.
- Place flatbread on serving plate. Spread créme fraîche onto center of flatbreads, leaving space around the edges to create a "pizza crust".
- Lay smoked salmon slices in one layer on top of créme fraîche, sprinkle with dill and lemon zest.
- Drop ROE Caviar by the spoonful and evenly distribute onto pizza.
